What type of course or Training do I need?

Some people will know exactly what course or training they need, perhaps based on their job title. For example, sales training, human resources, and leadership courses will be appropriate for people involved in these roles. Other people may not have a specific need and will prefer to mix a few subjects together. How do I book a course?

Well we do not cover typical open courses as we strongly disbelieve in this – its simply doesn`t give any measurable and sustainable results. We believe you need something specific tailored towards your needs and challenges and together with you and your team we will define your requirements and based on this will make you a proposal. Its faster and better for all.

What skills and experience do your trainers have?

Thats a good question:). Our trainers have a wealth of experience and skills, gained from working for large international companies, in sales, management and HR / training roles, also in training staff from multinational companies. Our Trainers also have been or still are active within Sports and Mental Training knowing what it require to reach goals and visions. Once we have defined your needs we will set up a list of Trainers and together we will discuss all their past experiences to fit towards your needs.

How can you design a course when you don't know our company?

Another good question. How can we? Well to put it this way; we have some proven methodology that we use in order to understand your situation and needs. Based on these preliminary questions we discuss together with you and your steering group who will be in charge of the project. Each company is different, and has different needs. A “one size fits all” training programme is not our style. We will meet with you to get to know your company, what you do, how you operate and to discuss your training requirements, so that we understand exactly what you need. We will then design a bespoke course specifically for your company, to ensure the training meet your companies requirements.

What happens after the course?

One of our strongest arguments of choosing us as your next provider of Training is our guarantee of measurable results. We use a performance management and training software called Improve to measure and secure efforts and focus during and after the Training Period. As a minimum, we always provide feedback and post course evaluation so that you know we’ve helped your staff to improve so they can do their jobs better. We can also provide further evaluation in the form of on the job observation and coaching.

As standard for all or our training courses, we offer a free post course email coaching service, to all delegates. We also work with you to identify future training needs.

The sort of course I want isn't listed, can you still offer me the training I want?

We fully understand that each company is different, and so has different training requirements. We can design bespoke training courses to meet your exact requirements. I know I want training but don't know what skills I need, can you advise me?

Of course we can – its our obligation to help you out:)! We will most probably sit together with you and structure your Training needs. In addition we have effective tools to measure your skills and knowledge in a 360 degree view and based on this we will specify 3 strong and 3 weak areas to Improve, so-called KPI`s (Key Performance Indicators). Based on these we set goals for the next 3 to 6 months and before and during each milestone we will measure progress towards your goals as well as define new Trainings towards next milestone. Doing this, you and your partnering mentor will always be strongly committed to YOUR personal actions to be taken. All this are managed and run through Improve Systems.
