DRIV is influenced by Dr. William Moulton Marstons works from 1928, ‘The Emotions of Normal People’, named DISC, based on Carl Gustav Jungs four personality styles. Dominance (D) is the DISC factor that relates to control, power and assertiveness.
Influence (I) relates to an individual’s approach to social situations, and their style of communication. Steadiness (S) is the factor of patience, persistence and thoughtfulness. This represent V in our DRIV Concept describing Value Oriented persons.
Compliance (C) describes a person’s approach to structure and organisation. This represent R in our DRIV Concept describing Rules Oriented persons.

ResultatPartner is using DRIV Behavior Style as part of their trainings. It is based on an individual “forced choice questions” consisting of 96 behavioral skills were you must choose between what describes you most (X) and least (Y).
There are around one million possible different DRIV profiles. We can’t hope to offer interpretations for all of these here – but this section does give descriptions for some of the more common profile shapes. We have 1134 different profiles combination attached.
